Supplier Diversity

Our Supplier Diversity program is designed to promote an inclusive procurement mindset that encourages the consideration and use of diverse suppliers in the T. Rowe Price corporate supply chain. We achieve this by integrating Supplier Diversity in our business and sourcing practices to generate efficiency, promote innovation, develop sustainable partnerships, and increase opportunities for the diverse and small business community.

Our program aims to increase visibility and provide access to opportunities for small businesses, women, ethnic minorities, veterans, service-disabled veterans, LGBT, and disabled-owned business enterprises. To qualify as a diverse-owned or small business, the enterprise must be 51% owned, operated, and controlled by an ethnic minority (MBE), a woman (WBE), a veteran (VBE), a service-disabled veteran (SDVOB), a disabled person (DOBE), LGBT business enterprise (LGBTBE), or a small-disadvantaged business (SBE).

To ensure the authenticity of the classification, suppliers must be certified by a national, regional, or local third-party agency.
